    on a offtopic note: i think that gene lebell was jealuos of bruce lee. First he claimed that don inosanto was better than brucle and could beat him and just recently he claimed "ronda rousey" a girl fighter could beat bruce lee....yeah right!
    Wouldn't surprise me. A lot of people talk shot about Bruce especially the people that knew him personally.

    No, I heard the same thing. He didn't hit random people though. He would hit the stunt men during filming.

    It is not like that at all. Bruce really got acknowledged after his death. Lots of people disputes him and was disputing him when he was alive.

    I heard something like that too. When he did a movie in Poland lots of stuntmen said that he showed them great skills however he asked to be attacked in a certain way to show how good his defense is but when he attacked he attacked unannounced so they couldn't defend themselves as much as he could. One guy said that Seagal and him sparred for real and he overpowered Seagal twice byt h said that Seagal was totally out of shape fat and his body was flabby.

    From an MMA forum - Curt Hennig;

    I remember hearing a story about how Steven seagal was at an airport and ran into an old school wwf wrestler,when the wrestler introduced himself, seagal decided to show him what's up by squeezing the wrestlers hand only to be humiliated by the wrestlers strengh and begging to be let go.....who was the wrestler?
    As I heard it, back when he was still somewhat popular Segal was at an airport, Mr Perfect (aka Curt Hennig) was at the same airport, spotted Segal and asked him for an autograph. A bunch of people gathered around, what with the famous movie star and the famous wrestler being together, and Segal thought it would be funny to try to make himself look big. After the autograph he shook Hennig's hand, and then tried some form of aikido wristlock, joking that he was 'better than Perfect'. Hennig, being a very athletic 6' 5" professional wrestler and former All American, squezed Segal's hand as hard as he could, causing the actor to fall to his knees in pain. Segal quickly got up and left, and the gathered folks gave Hennig a cheer.
    As for Francis Fong, I got that slightly wrong, no submission, sort of;

    I heard about this a long time ago (almost ten years, I think) on rec-martial-arts (God, I feel old). My recollection might be sketchy but here goes...
    Steven Segal was at a mall signing autographs. Dan Inosanto and Francis Fong pop in. Segal offers to shake Dan Inosanto's hand...when Dan Inosanto takes Segal's hand, Segal immediately puts him in a joint lock! This was not very cool since they were supposedly on good terms (Segal was training at Dan Inosanto's academy at the time), Dan Inosanto was one of the extras (the guy with the sticks) in Out For Justice, and plus, he basically "sucker joint locked" him (I guess the take-home lesson is, no matter how much you think Steven Segal is your friend, do not shake hands with him when there are people with cameras around because he may decide to joint lock you to make himself look good for his fans).

    Anyway, Segal finally lets Dan Inosanto out of this somewhat embarrassing predicament and then he tries to do the same thing to Francis Fong! Francis Fong, fore-warned, pre-empts the joint-lock by bitch-slapping Segal and knocking him down. Francis Fong then warns Segal that he'll kill him if he tries to get back up. Segal stays down. Mall security arrives and escorts Dan Inosanto and Francis Fong off the property.
    Bob Wall vs Seagal;

    This one is about a guy called Bob Wall. Apparently Wall and the Seagull hate each other. Apparently Wall is also a friend of Chuck Norris. Well, Wall and Norris were at a UFC event and they happened to see the Seagull nearby. Norris insisted that Wall should use the opportunity to approach Seagull and mend bridges with him. Wall refused for a good amount of time before Norris finally convinced him to go over and shake his hand. Wall approached Seagull and tried to shake his hand. The Seagull stonewalled him and didn't even take him on. Wall went back to Norris furious. Shortly after, the Seagull was seen approaching the two and immediately started to introduce himself to Norris, saying how much he respected him etc. The Seagull then went to shake Walls hand - this is where my memory gets hazy - either the Seagull tried to slap one of his trademark wristlocks on Wall, or Wall thought he was going to - but the next thing that happened was that Wall put the Seagull in some sort of headlock untill his face turned purple, when the Seagull tapped his side, the man let him go.
